Refund policy

In AREAMIL BOUTIQUE the pieces are made with different types of materials, such as raw material, semi-precious stones, gold-plated metals, "stainless steel", copper and a number of materials that can vary in shape, color and size. So, features that are considered rustic due to the handmaking of the pieces or the misuse of these do not qualify as a product in poor condition. The following are considered, but are not limited to the misuse of the piece:

•Wet the pieces, unless specified, this depends on the material used.

•Bathe on the beach with this unless it is not specified in advance, this depends on the material used.

•Use of perfume or some chemical on the piece.

- Every purchase is final and firm from the moment you complete it since the products are specified and visible on the web. You choose the pieces freely and voluntarily. Properly dispatched merchandise has NO return. Any purchased item that arrives in poor condition will be credited for the value of the purchased piece. It can be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 5 to 10 days from the date of purchase of this one. Such credit or change can be made as follows:

You must contact us via an email to areamilboutique.com or via whatsapp 813-735-9666 communicating the reason why you want to return the product.

The item in question will be inspected to determine if it qualifies for a return.

In the event that the return complies with the required, a credit of the line will be given. Money will not be returned.

From ten (10) days, AREAMIL BOUTIQUE reserves the right to accept the return of the merchandise.

Personalized pieces (letters, names, impressions or others) have no refund.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We pay for return shipping label only if the item has damage or an issue. If you want to return a product for reason other than damage or issues, you would need to pay for the shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require evidence of damage or an issue before accepting a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
